Business sending less than 10’001 calls per month can ask for a protection of their numbers directly with katia

  • No cold calls, the number should contacts only existing customers

  • The number is listed on Swiss Directories

  • The number should not generate complaints from subscribers and telecom operator

  • The number should not send too many calls, redial or generates network errors

  • Rotating numbers for the same business purpose are not allowed

  • The protection is effective on katia side and shared with the operators. However, they can independently refuse the protection if an abuse is detected.

The registration should be made by the company using the individual number.
