If you're routing traffic to Swiss telecom operators, we provide monitoring to ensure call quality and prevent low-grade traffic. This helps maintain route integrity and performance.

This service is intended for operators managing pools of phone numbers leased to clients for short-term outbound campaigns. When a number is flagged and blocked by the Scoring.System, you are notified to quarantine it. During quarantine, do not reassign the number, allowing the Scoring.System algorithm to restore its reputation score.

About the service

  • katia only provides information when a number appears as blocked.

  • The reason for the block is not disclosed, as this information is exclusively available for the network operator.

  • This service does not prevent a number from being blocked by the Scoring System.

  • By submitting a phone number to katia, you confirm that you are either the lawful owner of the number or have obtained the necessary authorization to submit this number to katia.

  • The total number of entries included in the monthly cost must correspond to the total of numbers submitted via Data Exchange.

  • If the total exceeds the agreed provision, any additional entries will not be processed.

  • After the daily submission, the number remains valid for one month.

  • The service may be terminated at any time by either party.

  • Data is used exclusively for the provision of the TRAFFIC SCORE service.
